Summary

Concky includes a local-only guest mode and optional signed-in patient and provider experiences. Signed-in modes can transmit account, plan, invite, and exercise-session data to provide connected care-plan features. Concky does not sell personal information or use advertising SDKs.

Information the app stores on the device

Concky stores the following information locally on your device:

Information processed when you sign in

If you sign in as a patient or provider, Concky can process:

Information guest mode does not collect

In guest mode, Concky does not track your location; access your photos, contacts, or camera; use advertising SDKs; or sell personal information.

Data sharing and service providers

Signed-in patient and provider data may be processed by the infrastructure and authentication providers that support the service, including Google Cloud and Apple or Google sign-in. Concky limits this processing to what is needed to provide and secure the signed-in service.

Children's privacy

Concky does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Concky uses Apple platform protections for local storage and is designed to use encrypted transport, least-privilege access controls, audit logging, and provider-patient scoping for signed-in service data. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
